When we asked Superior Walls to make our basement walls with no windows, one man door and one garage door, we were given options of how high we wanted the walls to be... 9ft or 10ft. We chose 10ft. That part went well.

Then, when we clearly stated numerous times that we had an F150 that we would be using the garage opening for, we were told there were options, but we were told their standard 8ft would be suffice with no problems.

(Their sales Rep Rob even saw the truck on numerous occasions at the job site.) Now that we are moved in, we find that we have to get out of the vehicle & close in both mirrors in order to drive into our new basement.

Superior Walls takes no responsibility in their lack of knowledge and expertise, where they could have and should have recommended a larger opening so we could use it. Then, the Sales Mgr? of somesort, Bob from Charlotte, calls us and repeatedly belittled us saying "WE", the homeower, should have been the expert and figured it out ourselves!

DON'T DEAL WITH SUPERIOR WALLS UNLESS YOU EXPECT TO BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. AND BE SURE YOU HAVE MORE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO PROVIDE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Im sorry, but if you didn't measure the width of your truck and tell them how wide you wanted it, thats neither the builders fault nor Superior Wall's fault.
